Connect AI to the tools you already use.
AI is useful on its own. It becomes far more useful when it's connected to the systems your business already runs on. Instead of copying and pasting between windows, AI can read your emails, check your calendar, pull figures from your accounts and update your CRM.
Why integrations matter.
Every time someone copies text from one app into an AI chat and back again, you lose time and risk mistakes. Integrations remove that friction. They also make AI more accurate, because it's working with your real information rather than whatever someone remembered to paste in.

Start with what you've got.
Most Wellington SMEs don't need new software. They need to get more out of what they already pay for. We start by mapping your current tools, then look for the connections that would save the most time.
Security first.
Every integration gives AI access to business information. We set up permissions carefully, so AI only sees what it needs, and we make sure it fits your AI policy.
What a typical integration project looks like.
We start with a short review of the software you use and the tasks that involve moving information between systems. From there we pick one or two connections with the clearest payoff, such as pulling enquiry details from email into your CRM or preparing a weekly cash flow summary from Xero. We set those up, test them on real work and train the people who'll use them.
Signs you're ready for integrations.
- Your team already uses an AI assistant most days
- People regularly copy and paste between the same two or three apps
- You have an AI policy and business-grade accounts in place
- Someone in the business is happy to own the setup once it's running
If you're not there yet, that's fine. Getting the basics right first makes integrations faster and safer when you do add them.
Keeping things running.
Integrations can break when software updates or passwords change. We document each connection, show your team what to watch for and can look after them as part of our ongoing AI management service if you'd rather not.
