About Coach AI.
I'm Ryan Marston, and I started Coach AI because I kept having the same conversation with business owners. They knew AI mattered. They just didn't have the time to work out how to use it properly, and most of the advice out there was either hype or written for big corporates.
I don't teach theory. I teach what I use every week.

I've spent more than ten years helping small and medium businesses get found, look good and run smarter online. Coach AI brings all of that together.
My Background.
Search and digital marketing
I started out as an independent digital marketing consultant, then spent almost two years as a director at a specialist SEO agency. I've run SEO audits, local search campaigns, Google Ads and Meta ads for businesses of every size. That background matters, because AI is changing how customers find businesses, and I understand both sides of it.
Design and brand
Since 2019 I've co-run a Wellington web design agency, now built around AI-powered design and development. I also lead creative and brand in-house for a property developer in Lower Hutt, covering marketing strategy, photography, video, 3D renders and the website. I know what it takes to keep a brand consistent when you're producing content at pace.
Systems and AI
My day-to-day work now runs on AI. Website rebuilds, design systems, content workflows, ad creative, social scheduling and automations that connect it all. I don't teach theory. I teach what I use every week.
