The tools we use.
[List your actual tools, for example Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini, Canva, Zapier, plus meeting notes tools.] We use business accounts with privacy settings that stop our data being used to train models, where that option is available.
What we use AI for.
- Drafting training materials, guides and blog articles, which we then edit and fact-check
- Summarising meeting notes, with permission from everyone in the meeting
- Preparing proposals and reports
- Creating social media graphics and presentations
- Research, followed by checking original sources
- Building and testing the same workflows we teach clients
What we don't use AI for.
- Making decisions about clients without a person involved
- Writing testimonials or case studies. Those come from real clients, in their own words
- Generating images of real people without their permission
How we handle client information.
We don't put client personal information into AI tools unless it's needed for the work, the client has agreed, and the tool meets our privacy standards. We follow the Privacy Act 2020 and our own AI policy, which we review every six months.
Human review.
Everything we publish or send to a client is reviewed by a person. AI helps us work faster. It doesn't replace our judgement.
Questions?
