How to use it.
Download the template and work through each section. Replace the example tools with the ones your business uses. Adjust the data rules to suit the information you handle. A trades business in Upper Hutt will have different needs to a law firm on Lambton Quay, so tailor it to fit.
Once it's done, share it with your team, explain the reasons behind each rule and ask everyone to confirm they've read it. Then put a date in the calendar to review it in six months. AI changes fast, and your policy should keep up.
